Mr. Mohd Anuwar Hamzah, born in 1982 in Kuala Terengganu, is a highly accomplished professional with a rich background in marine technology and mechanical engineering. His academic journey includes the successful completion of a Certificate of Marine Technology at Institut Kemahiran MARA in 2002. Subsequently, in 2004, he achieved a Higher National Diploma through a Twining Program with a United Kingdom University, specializing in Mechanical Engineering. This laid the foundation for his pursuit of both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom, culminating in 2008.

With a career spanning over a decade, Mr. Hamzah held pivotal roles at Hamdan Abdullah Sdn. Bhd. (HASB) in the oil & gas service and maintenance sector from 2008 to 2011. Progressing from a Project Engineer to an Operation and Project Manager, he demonstrated exceptional leadership and managerial acumen.

In September 2011, Mr. Hamzah co-founded SAA Engineering & Marine Sdn. Bhd., alongside his partners Mohd Saufi Yusof and Khairul Anuar Ibrahim. Taking on the crucial role of Operations Director, he oversees the seamless execution of projects, applying his extensive skills in people management and negotiation.

Mr. Hamzah’s responsibilities extend beyond operational leadership. He actively directs and manages the preparation of tenders and proposals, showcasing his proficiency in strategic planning. Additionally, a significant portion of his time is dedicated to engaging customers, fostering business development, and driving marketing initiatives.
